OUR PRODUCTS

The sheer nature of this natural product and its method of extraction on a block by block basis implies there will never be two pieces of marble of identical colour or appearance.  Each piece of marble quarried will have its very own unique characteristics and extent of natural veining, colour variations (such as markings, lighter or darker areas and patterns), micro-cracks and fissures.  For this reason, the surface appearance and patterns will vary for each and every marble diffuser vessel we create, with veins varying in colour and either covering the entire piece or a very small area of the product.  Any small pores or surface irregularities that may exist are an indication of a genuine, luxury marble product.  These types of variations in marble should be expected given it is a natural product and not a reconstituted man-made material.  This almost guarantees that every single marble diffuser receptacle you order from DL Collections will each be a distinct, one-of-a-kind display piece, adding elegance and uniqueness to your home or business.

Our signature Emperor glass diffusers are hand made by skilled artisans, suggesting that no two pieces will ever be identical. As each glass bottle is individually mouth blown and hand finished, natural characteristics will vary from piece to piece including unique lines, waves, ripples, twists and rim opening. The texture and natural irregularities of each piece gives every diffuser a different touch of artistry.

Our products are fragile and contain fragrances, therefore must always be kept out of reach of children and pets.

PACKAGING OF ITEMS

Our signature marble diffuser vessels are exquisitely encased within a velvet-lined, black lacquered wooden case.

Each Emperor diffuser bottle is delivered in a sleek, black suede covered box, while our black diffuser reeds are presented in a slender black cardboard box.

GIFT WRAPPING

Our exclusive products can be purchased as a desirable gift idea for special occasions or corporate solutions.  The recipient will be enchanted with the prestige of receiving their luxury gift, presented in classic black packaging.

Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping at this time, however when you opt for a gift delivery service, there will only be an invoice included with no pricing shown.  We do not offer the service of personalised messages.

SHIPPING

We deliver throughout Australia via Australia Post.  Delivery to any location within Australia is at a flat rate of $15.  Your delivery charge will be automatically calculated at check out.  Or simply spend over $80 and enjoy standard free shipping.

Delivery times will be as per Australia Post scheduling/delivery speed after our standard dispatch time.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment, unless in the case that the order is placed on the weekend or on a public holiday.

The transit time will vary depending on the destination.

At the time of delivery to the specified address, goods received must be signed for, therefore we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.  There must be someone present (over the age of 18) to provide a signature for the delivery driver.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide an ‘Authority to Leave’ arrangement, as we will not be held liable for any orders that may go missing.  If you are not home/present at the delivery address at the time our driver arrives, they will leave a notification to advise you to collect your package from a nearby Post Office.  You may be asked to provide sufficient identification when collecting your package in person at the post office.

Please ensure you provide the best possible delivery address, as you may incur a fee if you change the delivery address once you have placed an order.  In the event that you provide us with an incorrect or invalid delivery address, whereby the delivery cannot be made, it will be the responsibility of the customer to track the package via Australia Post and arrange re-delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we are currently unable to deliver overseas.
